We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, free of any odors and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items must be returned within 10 days of pickup or delivery. After 10 days, items are not eligible for return.
To return or exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days of pickup or delivery to initiate return.
For an exchange- the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale, custom made items, jewelry, intimates such as bralettes and bodysuits, personal care/beauty, cosmetics, glass cups/tumblers, doorbusters, crafts by cassie, colby jack creations, blowout sale or gift cards.
We do not offer pre-paid shipping labels for returns. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be included in the store credit issued.
All returns are for boutique credit only. You will be issued an e-gift card once item is received and processed. Please allow up to 5 days to complete and process return.
