Return & Refund Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, free of any odors and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days, items are not eligible for return.
To return or exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days of original delivery to initiate return.
For an exchange- the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We do not accept returns for custom made items, jewelry, undergarments, personal care/beauty, final sale items or gift cards.
We do not offer pre-paid shipping labels for returns.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returns are for store credit ONLY.
You will be issued store credit once item is received and processed.
